Ok, after reading Kelly's family update blog, I was inspired to do my own. I just haven't been into blogging for awhile now. I guess because of the lack of comments. I know we have lots of family that read this, but only a couple make comments reinforcing my use of time to update. So I'll try to be better. :)
Ryland: He is doing great with school. He enjoys learning so much. He has made a 100 on every spelling test so far. He still hates his mornings (just like his dad) and makes every excuse possible not to get up. But he does manage to get out the door in time (after much pushing from me). He really enjoys math. He is constantly adding, subtracting, counting by 2, 5, 10, etc. He's getting there with reading. It is mostly a confidence issue, but we are working on that. We pick up our neighbor Madison 2 days a week. That is always a highlight for Ryland and for Raylee. Ryland is greatly adored by both of his sisters right now. Raylee constantly follows and mimics him (quite to his annoyance sometimes). Reese give the biggest smile when Ryland is around. He is a great big brother to both of them. He enjoys making them laugh and playing with them. He is excited to try learn to ride his bicycle without training wheels soon. My baby is just growing up. :)
Raylee: Her biggest news is that she is mostly potty trained. We had introduced it back in October but she was not interested. We've been working on it slowly since. At the end of January my mother-in-law tried again intently. Raylee took to it. She very rarely has accidents now and usually makes it through the night. I am so glad to only be buying one set of diapers now. Raylee is also talking so well. She is very opinionated which gets her into trouble sometimes. But she loves to talk. She also loves to help. I can con her into helping with just about anything - dishes, cooking, cleaning. She cleans up after herself all the time singing the Cleanup Song. She is very much in the mommy stage right now. We are always putting a baby to sleep or feeding it or rocking it or something of that nature. She is really good with Reese also. She always makes sure Reese has a toy and a blanket. I guess she's another baby to her. :)
Reese: She is growing so quickly. She is crawling every where now. She loves her new mobility. She can now go to where ever the other two are playing. She also wants to stand as much as possible. She is pulling up on whatever is around. She is still extremely attached to me. The other two preferred me but not to this extreme. It is very tiring but we manage it. Hopefully one day she will realize that her daddy really is cooler than me. :) Reese is also loving solid foods. There isn't much that girl won't eat. She enjoys using her own sippy cup and to feed herself the few options I give her. Still no teeth, but hopefully teeth will appear soon so that her food options can widen.
Leland: He loves his job. He tells me at least once a day how glad he is that we moved. He has a wonderful principal who is very supportive and encouraging. The staff at his school are so excited to be there and make the working environment good. He is a little stressed right now because the yearbook is due in one week. But once that is past, he can breath a little. He is really looking forward to the spring time coming so that he can work in the backyard. I never would have guessed he was a yard person, but he has discovered that yard work is his therapy. He loves it.
Me: I keep plenty busy with my two paying jobs. I still work with my boss in Big Spring which of course is very busy right now with tax season. I also do weekly payroll for 2 companies here. It works out well though because I get to stay home with the girls. I'm enjoying getting to know a few of the women at church also. That is something that just takes time though. I'm enjoying watch my family grow up. The kids are at such fun ages right now.

I agree about the comments. We have lurking family stalking us; the least they could do is let us know how funny we are. Ha. Good to hear from you again. Love ya!
Here's my comment!
I'm still here, reading and smiling.
I also recently popped in to Leland's blog. I guess that makes me a serial stalker.
Yup...I'm probably a lurking family stalker. Sorry about that. I love your posts: keep them up! Love you.
Here's some official positive reinforcemnt. I love the updates. I know I've gotten bad about comments. My computer at home is down, so I have to sneak in to Newton's office and use his, when he isn't...which is not often. Anyway, mine is almost finished being fixed, and I'll start writing and commenting again.
I am still reading, too-thanks for the update! :)
Missed you all at Follies-glad to hear you are doing well!
I check for your posts regularly and was glad to see your update :) and see pictures of your growing kiddos!
You know I'm still here :) Thanks for the big update. I now have someone else to use as an encouragement for Will to finish his potty training...Raylee! I can't believe she is finished training before him. He is still having issues with not wanting to go #2 in the potty. Oh well. He's really good about peeing, though! Love and miss you all~
Hey babe- I read your blog. Right after you say, "Hey did you read my blog?"
Love ya-
Leland
Even though we talk often, I still enjoy reading your posts. It's a different perspective from you. I always love reading about my precious grandkids! :) Love you --Mom
Hey, Harmony, I also enjoy your posts! I love keeping up with your family and my extended family through Mitch. Your little ones are growing up so fast! This blog stuff is a great way for Grandmas to know what is going on when they feel so far away. Glad you all are enjoying your new home and new jobs. Becky
Harmony,
Your blog is great and I love reading it. Keep posting!
It's so nice to know people who value family and friends so much and are willing to share stories.
Take care,
Holly Matthews
More positive kuddos to you! I love being able to read about your family and watch them grow, even though we live far apart. I totally admire that you are so faithful to write...as I am terrible not only to write, but even to read regularly! Oh well, I still love it! Thanks for sharing.
Love,
Connie
