What a Fun Week

We've had a great week. Leland's Mom flew in last Saturday morning to stay a week. We have really enjoyed her visit. Raylee has had a constant play partner and I've gotten lots of things accomplished since I've got a babysitter. We haven't really done much but hang out. We've eaten out a few nights and yesterday she went shopping with her good friend Donna that lives here also. But other than that, it's just been playtime. Thank you so much for coming to visit Grammy. She flies back home tomorrow evening so we are soaking in the last bit of time.

Last night was "dance night" at our house. Ryland loves for us to turn on some rock and roll (50's mainly) and do some dancing. He was doing the robot - hilarious. I don't know where he learned it but it was funny. Raylee also enjoys stomping around and waving her hands in the air. It was great fun.

We also had homework this week. I've decided that homework for a kindergartner is really for the mom but this was supposed to be a family project. His class will have a star of the week and he needed an "All About Me" poster for it. I'm not very creative but Sandy helped me get going and brought some die-cuts also. It was fun printing up some pictures and putting it together. On to the next homework I guess.

I get really bad about thinking I can't post unless I have pictures. I know that pics are better, but I could at least say what is going on in our world. I'll try to get better at that.

Oh yes, both my sister-in-laws, Kelly and Katie, have finally started blogs. I've been bugging them to so that I could see pics of my nephew and neice. They finally gave in. My brother Tyler also has a blog. Go check them out. :)
