3 Months

Wow, Reese is 3 months old today. So much has happened in three months. She is such a good baby. She really only fusses when her diaper is dirty or she's hungry. She's very laid back. Such a good thing for the 3rd one. :) Here are some of my favorite things about Reese.

She has a beautiful smile. It starts out crooked and then takes over her face. She even acts shy and tucks her head when she smiles really big.

She loves her brother. If she's a little fussy, Ryland just has to sit by her and sing or talk and she calms right down. He sang to my belly all the time while I was pregnant so she knows his voice well.

She sucks her thumb just like her big sister. We've tried pacifiers but she's not interested (just like bottles). She licked her fist for a long time but has officially become a thumb sucker in the last 2 weeks. It is precious having two thumb sucking girls. It will just be a pain to break both of them. :)

She is very content not being held all the time. She enjoys laying on her blanket or sitting in her bouncer where she can watch the world or take a snooze.

She does like to snuggle in the evenings. By the end of the day she's ready for some human contact and likes to just sit with me. So sweet.

She's finally realizing that her dad is cool. She has not liked him at all but is starting to think he's ok. Leland kept the girls last night while Ryland and I went to church. We expected to hear screaming when we got home but instead found Reese and her daddy just watching each other. I'm so glad!
